Beautiful vintage 70's polka dot and flower dress! Ruching on tops of shoulders and two small buttons on front. Ties at neck that can be worn hanging or tied in a bow! Thin polyester. Elastic waistline. Good condition. No holes or stains. A small light spot above chest with adhesive residue. Most likely can be removed or covered with a sweet 70's patch or pin! No tag. Fit is a small on this beauty.
