Vintage Chaus black short sleeve ribbed women's blouse from the 90s. A perfect Y2K lightweight top with a slight shimmer and padded shoulders! Has button up closure ay the back neck. Could be unisex, 80% acetate, 20% nylon. Made in the USA. Tagged a small, fits true to size.

In excellent vintage condition, no flaws to note.
