This gorgeous Biba fit & flare dress from the 60's is in amazing condition. Features trumpet half sleeves, a wide neckline with self-tie drawstring, a self-tie at the back (or front), and a hidden zipper down the back. Care tags have been washed away but the BIBA tag remains.
