Shipping & Returns
Because of the nature of selling vintage online, we spend a lot of time photographing the pieces to accurately represent the way they are in real life, including any signs of wear or defect. We also provide detailed measurements for our customers to measure and compare with their own garments.
This being said, we are reasonable and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please send inquiries to email@example.com
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. As a rule we cannot cancel or change information on shipped orders, but if you have made a mistake with your order, please email us @ firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after placing your order and we will help to accommodate you as best as we can.
If you'd like to add a signature confirmation or insurance, please contact us via email BEFORE your order is placed and we can provide you with custom rates.
- First Class International is the least expensive shipping method and generally takes 10-21 days, but does not include tracking or insurance. We are able to track the package only up until it leaves the USA.
- Priority Mail International is the most secure shipping method and usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive. It includes basic tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance. We suggest that you choose this shipping method with orders over $100.
- Priority Express International usually arrives within 5-7 days after processing and comes with tracking, confirmation, and insurance (depending on your country’s customs department, this method may take longer than 5-7 days). Email us BEFORE placing your order if you would like to upgrade and we will determine if we are able to accommodate you.
All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that these fees change per country on a consistent basis and we have no way of estimating how much they might be as they are determined by your country. We are required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally some countries will hold packages in customs for reasons unknown to us, and we do not have any control over when this does take place. Though it rarely happens, this does occur. We ask that you contact your country's customs office to determine the delivery date of your package. The fee amounts as well as other customs information can be obtained by contacting your local post office.
