Killer vintage women's brown velvet bell bottom pants from the 70s. Awesome design with a high waisted fit and huge flares at the bottom! Super soft velvet! Hook and loop and zipper front. No pockets. No tag. fits a 22x30. Good vintage condition, light wear throughout and small imperfections in the fabric at the top of the left and right sides (see photos)
