Beautiful vintage 80s Western Collection fringe and sequins belted western dress. Stunning fringe with lovely floral sequins and shiny piping on the front and back! Tagged an 8, fits a Medium to Large. Does have shoulder pads. Amazing overall vintage condition, no flaws to note. This dress has an elastic waistband, so it may fit a multitude of sizes!
